    • It is a lifesaver to have one nearby. Sorry there isn’t one close to you, but I see that you’re doing a lot of prep work in your kitchen so keep up the good work. It will pay off!

  3. Great list…though it only goes up to 4SP and there are SO MANY amazing frozen dinner options at TJs that you just can’t get anywhere else. I know for me a huge problem is thinking that I’m going to actually cook all the time and be able to maintain that. So I started buying and eating these amazing frozen meals several times a week and I cook the other nights. My favorites are the Shrimp Tacos for 9SP, the Reduced Guilt Mac N Cheese for 8SP (i usually make this with a huge salad), the reduced guilt stuffed shells for 9SP, and the new Jerk Chicken Thigh Skewers with Mango Salsa for 5 SP per skewer. I eat two skewers for 10 with a huge salad and it’s perfection.

  4. This is AH-MAZING! Thank you so much for this! Also, Trader Joe’s Fiberful Granola and chocolate bars are only 4 points. They taste like fiber one bars, but fiber one bars are 6 points, where TJ’s is only 4 smart pts. Anyway, this list you made is awesome and SOOO very helpful.
