Content Usage Guidelines

Blog Posts — Share my blog posts by linking to the original source. You may quote or cite up to 15% of the material in your own content.
Videos — Any vidoes may only be embedded in their original form or linked to their official sources.
Audio Recordings —Any audio recordings may only be embedded in their original form or linked to their official sources.

Guest Posts
Guest bloggers retain the copyright to the posts they write. The above permission guidelines do not apply to their work. If you are interested in re-posting or publishing their content, you must contact them directly. If you’d like to submit a post for consideration, please contact me by email. Content must be your original work that hasn’t already appeared on another site.
